Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Around 500 members news eu commission of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary featured a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
